The team at Nature’s Edge Garden Center takes pride in in growing and selling quality plants that thrive here in our northern Minnesota climate. 


Our nursery staff makes every effort to advise you about your selections to ensure your plants are intended for a location where they will grow healthy and strong.   We grow most of our plants onsite so that we can ensure that we provide you with the highest quality, super hardy varieties that grow here in northern Minnesota.


Pottery and hard goods returns and exchanges are accepted, with a Nature’s Edge receipt and if undamaged, for up to seven days after the purchase date. The customer will receive store credit only. No cash refunds will be given.


We guarantee all zone two and three perennials, trees and shrubs one year from the date of purchase, when planted with a commercially installed, operational irrigation system.  Our selection of plants varies from year to year and season to season (size, value, availability), so please be aware that we may not have an exact replacement plant at any given time.  If a particular plant is not working in an area, we may suggest trying something different to avoid plant death in the future.  Our goal is for you to have a successful, beautiful garden.

We will replace plants ONE time only.  This refund will be given as store credit for the purchase amount.  No cash refunds will be given. In order to activate the guarantee, you must present your receipt and dead plant material, in person, to a member of our leadership team.

Exceptions to the guarantee: Plants will not be replaced if death was due to drought, animal damage, acts of nature, vandalism, or neglect. Plants not included in the guarantee include: tropicals, annuals, hanging baskets and planters, Endless Summer hydrangeas, and zone four or higher perennials, trees and shrubs. 

The number one reason plants die within the first year is inappropriate watering. New plantings need supplemental watering, and larger trees and shrubs may need to be watered every day depending on timing of installation, location, size, and other factors.  If you have questions regarding watering, the health of your plant, or plant care, please contact us.
